: Get through an illness or other dangerous or difficult situation. 

: to beomce well again after a seroius illness, especially when you might have died. 

실습중, 환자 상태가 너무 안좋았다. Sat 수치도 낮고, 산소 공급했으나 오르지도 않고, 의식도 불명.. 

결국 아들에게 전화해서 poor prognosis 에 대해 설명하고 7step 설명했다.. 그와중에 나온 표현. 

 

"I don't think he will pull through. I think you need to come to see him as soon as possible."
